You know, when Lt. Vincent Hanna finally catches up to Neil McCauley, somewhere behind LAX, at night. The planes coming in from destinations unknown and those blinding runway lights blaring. Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro finally facing off. This after that brilliant scene in diner.
One of them was going down.
The Austin's All Black's field is near Austin Bergstrom Airport, so the planes are coming in low and fast. One of these days, I'd like to take some sunset shots of planes rolling in.
It's funny, because I'd been to Burr Field several times and never noticed the planes before.
Until this evening.
And it gets me a little that I discovered this opportunity after turning our clocks back.
Like why didn't I see planes land, last week?
I don't know, but at least I got some shots.
